You will see a list of all your databases and their corresponding sizes. You will be able to change passwords, to create database backups and to even log into the phpMyAdmin and phpPgAdmin tools.
Simple Database Backups
It is very essential to make frequent backups of your databases to protect your web site content and to avoid any accidental loss of data. With the Database Manager user interface, creating a database backup is very easy. Simply press the Backup button next to the database you would like to back up and you will be momentarily taken to the File Manager from where you can download your newly created database backup file.
