Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email account in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and set the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just choose the email mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
